Perfumery and cosmetic products - a substance or mixtures of substances intended to be applied directly to the outer cover of a person (skin, hair, nails, lips, etc.) or to teeth and the mucous membrane of the oral cavity with the sole or main purpose of cleansing, changing their appearance, imparting a pleasant smell, and / or correcting body odor, and / or protecting them, and / or keeping them in good condition, and / or caring for them.
According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.01.1998, No. 55, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned. Therefore, when buying perfumery and cosmetic products, you must remember that you can return them to the store only if there are deficiencies.
If during the delivery of the goods you find a lack of products, then a return / exchange is possible within 14 days after the purchase, if the goods were not in use, the presentation was preserved, the original factory packaging (cellophane / mica was not opened), factory labels, and also attached documents confirming the purchase on the LuxParfumerie.com website.
If you want to return the order in whole or in part, you need to fill out a form and send it along with a photo confirming the presentation to the mail: email@example.com. The appeal will be reviewed within 1-5 business days.
When returning goods of inadequate quality, you must fill out a questionnaire and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with photographs confirming the inadequate quality: (1) a photo of the general appearance of the goods placed on a horizontal surface from the side of the name, (2) a photo of the existing defect ( damage / marriage), (3) photo of the informational side of the box / product (expiration date, barcode, backcode). The claim will be processed within 1-5 business days. In the absence of photographs, the claim will not be accepted and compensation cannot be determined. Reimbursement takes place in an amount equal to the value of the goods, postage is reimbursed based on the scanned receipt. Refunds are made to the bank account details specified in the application form.
The return conditions correspond to clause 7 of the offer agreement.
